Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the oil and chicken. Cook 5 minutes until it is lightly browned and add the garlic powder and Mrs. Dash.
Add the chicken broth, evaporated milk and pasta.
Stir, bring to a boil and then reduce heat – watch carefully to prevent boil overs. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until pasta is cooked. Uncover and stir in the cheese until smooth and creamy.
