MICROWAVE SCRAMBLED EGGS

Fast, easy and delicious when you're in a hurry to get out the door.
INGREDIENTS
Microwave safe cup or bowl
Non-stick cooking spray (Pam)
2 Eggs
Pinch of salt and a dash of pepper (to taste)
Shredded cheese (optional)
Small bits of onion (optional)
Small biits of bell pepper (optional)
Small bits of anything else you like in your eggs (optional)
PREPARATION
Spray the inside of the cup or bowl with non-stick cooking spray. Crack the eggs into it. Stir or whisk the eggs until they are a unform color. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir eggs.
Stir in optional ingredients if desired. Microwave for another 30 seconds. Stir again. Microwave for another 30 seconds.
If the eggs aren't cooked through, keep microwaving for 15 second increments, stirring in between.
